Rental Reservations/Confirmations

Cancellations:

Basic Prepaid Rates are non-refundable.

Pay on Arrival Rates must be made in writing or cancelled through your account on the U-Save website 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a (1) day cancellation/no-show fee. Reservations made through other sites must be cancelled directly on the site where originally booked to avoid a cancellation and/or no-show fee.

Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

To amend an existing reservation that has not yet started

If your rental has not yet started and you want to make an amendment, please email [email protected]

To amend or extend a reservation that has already started

If you have already picked up your rental and wish to extend or modify it, please contact the rental location directly. Their contact details can be found on your rental agreement or by visiting our location page and searching for the pick-up location.
